LTC Ranch West Residential Community Development District Meetings

The Board of Supervisors of the LTC Ranch West Residential Community Development District (the “District”) will hold its regular meetings at 11:30 a.m. at Office of Greenpointe Communities, LLC located at 864 S.E. Becker Rd, Port St Lucie, FL 34984.

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.

The Audience Comment portion of the agenda is where individuals may make comments on matters that concern the District. Individuals are limited to a total of three (3) minutes to make comments during this time.
